this album is FUNKTASTIC! 6 psychfunk songs that take you in a really new sound experience. I ripped 'Sha Na Na Na Boom Boom' because i love the majestic synth solo beginning around the 4th minute... GREAT!

HI GUYS!!! Sorry for the long waiting!
I come back today with another great song from a classic Lp i digged out from a record store in SOHO, London, last summer.
This release from 1978 is famous for 'A-Freak-A' and 'Chance To Dance', but i've chosen to rip 'Freak-On', also available on 12'', because i love the piano intro (it reminds me 'Spring Rain' by Silvetti) and the general happiness and lightness of the song!! Let's sing together!!!

Giorgio Moroder's production for this cross-over top song written by legendary Mael brothers! Here we have synth-pop, disco, new wave and electronic music all together! GREAT! I love also drums in this track, played by Keith Forsey, one of the best english session drummer, who worked a lot with Mr. Moroder! Also take a look to the videoclip, very funny:

this is the second Lp by Fredèric Mercier, nice ambient synth-pop tracks, with a recognizable 'french touch'! I like all the songs, but the one i ripped is the most 'danceable' of the album, get it!
